VICTOR ANTHONY

Born in Los Angeles in the late 60’s, Victor has been a part of the art scene early on from childhood. Starting with graphite and Charcoal mediums, Victor began the journey of portrait art with renderings of musicians and famous people. Being a self taught artist now residing in Redlands California, his worked has showed in art shows and galleries in California. His first experience with painting on canvas was over 25 years ago creating landscapes and still art. His delve into the dark and captivating portraits he now creates started in 2013. “I want to capture a moment of time along with the persons emotion in the second the photograph is snapped. My art is an extension of my being, poured out over the canvas satisfying my cravings to create in hopes to bring emotion to the viewer.”
